Breast Milk Delivery by IBM

IBM is rolling out a program to allow it's nursing employees to ship milk home while on the road for business.

Rather than having to 'pump and dump', IBM working mamas can now have their liquid gold express delivered to their bubs at no cost.

“We are going to experiment with this and see how many women are interested,” Barbara Brickmeier, Vice President of Benefits at IBM told Fortune.

“As long as it appeals to a segment of our population and they feel that they can better balance their work and home, we will continue it.”

Women make up nearly 30% of IBMs workforce.

This move follows tech giants Facebook and Apple announcing their programs to fund egg freezing for female employees last October.
