Stretching for Nursing Mothers

An amazing way to feel better in the early days of frequent nursing and healing from labour is to stretch.

New mothers spend so much time sitting and holding their increasingly heavy babies - even a few simples stretches can do the world of good for a tired stiff body.

The series of upper body stretches below was designed by Dana from @activewithd, and is particularly well suited to nursing mothers.  She recommends holding each of the stretches below for 10-30 seconds before switching sides.
